Bingo X ("we", "our") operates the mobile app and website at mybingox.fun (package: fun.mybingox).

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, username, and password (stored securely via our authentication provider)
• Gameplay data: scores, bingo progress, reward balance, and redemption requests
• Device information: device type, operating system, and advertising identifiers (Advertising ID) used for ad delivery and fraud prevention
• Support communications: messages you send to our support team

How we use information

• Provide accounts, gameplay, leaderboards, and reward tracking
• Process optional rewarded video ads through Unity Ads when you choose to watch them
• Fulfill reward redemption requests you submit in-app
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve app performance

Advertising

We use Unity Ads for optional rewarded, interstitial, and banner advertisements. Unity may collect device and ad interaction data according to their privacy policy. We do not use Google AdMob or AppLovin in this app.

Our authorized app-ads.txt file is published at mybingox.fun/app-ads.txt.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and secure database storage
• Unity Ads — optional advertising
• Google Play — in-app purchases and billing, when used
• Netlify — website hosting

Data retention and security

We retain account data while your account is active. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Your choices

• Request account deletion by emailing support@bingox.fun
• Reset your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads
• Opt out of optional ads by not tapping rewarded-ad buttons (core bingo remains available)

Children

Bingo X is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
